  • Assessment

The purpose of an assessment is to determine your goals and interests in order to determine how I can support you in enhancing your leisure pursuits.

    Intervention

Intervention can seem like a scary word, but it’s not! An intervention is an activity or program that is designed to help you reach your desired goals.

    Check-In’s/ Follow Up’s

Check in’s and follow-ups are designed for you to share your experiences with the program. This is your oppurtunity to share your victories and concerns, so appropriate changes can be made.
